El Nido, right off the main strip in Rosarito, has some of the best ambiance in this list. The restaurant has a wonderful rustic environment, yet it still has a calming Mexican feel to it and is within walking distance from major souvenir shopping. With authentic Mexican food and even game like deer and elk on the menu, it is definitely a must see for dates or special occasions. Whether you sit on the patio surrounded by plants and a stream stocked with fish and turtles, or inside near the chimneys, you will love the ambience.
